Returns and Refund Policy

We believe in creating hassle free shopping experience for our customers. We want to you to have a delightful shopping experience with us. We offer 15 days return policy, from the date of receipt of your order. For initiating return process, you can contact our customer service team over here contact us or mail us at customerservice@truckcare.com.

Our return policy is based on the following reasons

1. Wrong or defective items sent by us

Customer may return any core or wrong part(s) to Truckcare.com within 15 business days from the date of its receipt. No returns will be accepted if the 21 business days have elapsed. All parts to be returned must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are also not responsible for errors and any other expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.

2. Damaged condition of items during the time of receiving the goods

If the parcel is damaged upon delivery, then do not sign the order and you can initiate the return process immediately and we will send you a replacement or a credit. If you have received the wrong order then you can return the goods in the same condition as you received. All the new parts should be in original manufacture's packaging and re-salable condition.

While returning, please elaborate the error in the description and make sure that you send the defective items with full supporting documentation. We would be also pleased if you could use the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer.

Note: We don't accept return orders for the used goods and damaged goods and we will be unable to provide the refund for those kinds of goods.

Note: Wrong/defective/damaged claims will be settled by replacement of correct parts, if the claims are approved by Manufacturer/Principle supplier/Truckcare

Refund policy for wrong/defective/damaged parts

If in the case of the wrong/defective/damaged parts are not able to replace with correct parts by TRUCKCARE, the refund will be processed. Refunds for returns or cores normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive the return items at the warehouse. Once we receive the core or part, we forward it to the manufacturer/principal supplier’s for approval. The manufacturer/principal supplier will then approve the return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be processed to the customer. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to process refund payment. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please e-mail our returns department at kabeer@truckcare.com and we will respond to you immediately

Return Procedure

Fill up the return form. We need order number, name, email address and the part number of the items to be returned, along with a detailed explanation of why the customer need to return it. No returns will be accepted without such details. . All return orders must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing. We will refund the full purchase price of the returned item excluding postage. Once your return is received and it fulfills the requirements of our return policy then we will work to precede the refund process immediately.

Note: All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.

Return claim Exclusion

  • 1. Parts damaged by customer side or already assembled parts are non-returnable.
  • 2. The seal of the brake pads packaging must not be broken.
  • 3. The seal of the control units packaging must not be broken.
  • 4. Parts Not Returnable: Service manuals, CD-ROMs, Special-order Products, and Auto Body Parts are cannot be returned for any reason. Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason.

Other Notes

  1. 1. For electronic components, especially for control units please check that you have bought the correct item before removing the packaging or installing the item because if you have the goods unsealed, we cannot take the item back. For this reason, you should compare necessarily the original manufacturer numbers before you open the article.
  2. 2. Please also make sure that the manufacturer labels, warranty cards, and stickers remain on the product if you wish to return it. Please keep the original packaging until you have decided not to make use of your right of revocation.
